Turkey is Europe's fastest growing economy and has by far the youngest population. The median age is 28 (as against nearly 40 in western Europe) and 300,000 university graduates enter the job market each year. Foreign investment has sky rocketed and many multinationals have moved their regional headquarters here. At the same time, an increasing number of local companies have been flexing their muscle in foreign markets. All of this makes for a very dynamic, exciting and challenging employment market.
