Uwe Laux is a Partner and Director of Odgers Berndtson’s Sao Paolo office. He has worked in executive search and in professional services involving human capital since 1995.

Prior to this Uwe held senior management roles in the consumer goods sector at Telefunken and Stahlgruber Otto Gruber GmbH & Co and other firms.

He has a graduate degree in Engineering from the University of Berlin.
