Michelle Chau

Michelle Marín Chau is a consultant in Odgers Berndtson's Ho Chi Minh City office where she specialises in Board and CEO assignments across a broad range of sectors as well as leading the Consumer Products & Services practice.

Prior to rejoining Odgers Berndtson, she was with Heidrick & Struggles where, most recently, she led the development of the firm’s Vietnam office. Her search career began with Odgers Berndtson in London where she was a member of the Board practice, specialising in CEO, Chairman and Non-executive appointments for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients across all sectors.

Her early career was in higher education lecturing in Politics and International Relations at the University of York (UK) and the University of East Anglia (UK).

Michelle holds a PhD in Political Science, a Master’s Degree in Development Studies and a BA (hons) degree in Politics.
