Michael Naufal

Mike is Odgers Berndtson Canada's National Non-Profit Practice Leader. He has extensive experience managing all aspects of the Executive Search process for all levels of senior management, including CEO/Executive Director, Vice President and Director levels. His articles, 'Successful Leaders in the Non-profit Sector: Ten Qualities for Top Performance', 'Chairing a Search Committee' and 'The Chair-CEO Relationship: Ten Commitments for a Better Partnership' are helpful tools used by many nonprofit Board and Committees that are seeking a new leader.

His clients include professional and trade associations, charitable organizations, foundations, hospitals and healthcare organizations and special interest groups as well as academia.

Mike is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Society of Association Executives, and the International Association of Business Communicators. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours degree in Economics from Queen's University.
