Lars Smith

Lars Smith is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson's Copenhagen office where he specialises in high level assignments in theTechnology, Energy / Renewables, Public and Industrial sectors. Lars is actively involved in Leadership Development. He is a certified coach and has practised for several years.

Previously, he worked as CEO and Divisional Director at Siemens IT Solutions & Services. In Siemens, he held Management Positions in Siemens Nixdorf Computers and Siemens Business Services in Denmark.

Lars holds a master's degree in Organisational Psychology from Roskilde University and originally trained as an Electronic Engineer.
