Jürgen van Zwoll has been working for Odgers Berndtson since 2003. He heads the Industrial Practice and is also a member of the Financial Services Practice. His mandates are primarily recruiting executives for upper management both nationally and internationally.
Having earned a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann), Jürgen van Zwoll ran a branch office of the financial services group Matuschka for four years. At Daimler Benz, he co-founded the aircraft financial service provider Debis. He subsequently served as a consultant for Baumgartner & Partner for three years, advising industrial and consumer goods companies in their operations. He has been an executive search consultant since 1995, his last position before coming to Odgers Berndtson being director of a German consultancy company.
