Helena Ravara is a Principal of the Lisbon office and is a member of the Management Committee of Odgers Berndtson's Portugal office. She works with multinational and Portuguese companies and has focused in sectors including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business & Professional Services, Information & Communications, IT Management, Consumer Products & Services and Financial Services.
Helena has dedicated her entire career to Recruitment, Selection and Competencies Evaluation, focusing primarily on executive, technical and sales management functions. Prior to joining the Odgers Berndtson Group in Portugal, she worked in recruitment and selection in a leading British consulting firm. In 1994, she moved to Hay Selecção and was named Associate Director of Odgers Berndtson in 2003.
Helena holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade de Lisboa and is certified in Hay-McBer Techniques.
