Franco Starace

Franco Starace, a partner with Odgers Berndtson's Milan office since 1997, specialises in assignments in the industrial and luxury goods sectors where he primarily recruits chief financial officers and senior level executives both in production and design. He also recruits sales, operations, and general management executives for manufacturing and commercial entities.

He joined the firm after two years as chief executive officer of TECNO. During the previous 10 years he was CEO of A.E.G. ITALIANA and of a number of shared or controlled Italian hi-tech companies. From 1967 to 1986 he held various managerial positions with AGFA-GEVAERT Italiana, becoming general manager of the photographic and magnetic tapes divisions.

Franco holds an economics degree from the University of Naples. He is fluent in German, French and English.
