Carsten Hønberg

Carsten Hønberg is a Partner in the Copenhagen office of Odgers Berndtson. He specializes in executive search assignments within a broad set of industries including Financial Services, Energy / Renewable, Industrial-sectors and Business & Professional Services.

Previously he served as a Partner in another global executive search firm. Prior to entering the executive search profession, he served fro more than 20 years as Management Consultant in PA Consulting Group. He also has experience in organizational growth, staff and management training, and comprehensive business transformation projects derived from working with a large number of Scandinavian companies.

Carsten holds BSc degrees in Production Engineering and in Business Administration.
