Ademar Couto

Ademar Couto is a Partner and Director of Odgers Berndtson’s Brazilian office and has been working in executive search and professional services dedicated to human capital since 2005.

Previously, Ademar held senior management roles in the financial services firms including Societé Générale, Crédit Agricole, Chase Manhattan, Lloyd’s Bank (Multiplic) and FinancialCorp.

He has a graduate degree in Business Administration from the EAESP/FGV - Escola de Administração de Empresas da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an MBA in Finance from the New York University (NY – USA).
