Adam Fairbrother is Managing Partner for Odgers Berndtson China and a member of the Industrial Practice. He specialises in the Aerospace, Electronics and General Engineering sectors. He has extensive experience of leading International Operations, Commercial and General Management searches utilising the Odgers Berndtson global network.
He joined Odgers Berndtson in 2005, working from both the London and Birmingham offices having begun his search career in 2000 with another leading executive search firm, progressing through the research function to become a Senior Associate in its Industrial Practice.
After university, Adam served in the British Army in the Green Howards for six years and was involved in operations in Bosnia and Kosovo.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from King's College London.
