Toshihide Shirai is a Consultant in the Tokyo office of Odgers Berndtson. He focuses on work in the professional services, consumer and retail industries.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Toshihide spent several years as management consultant for Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA, a global management consulting firm to the retail and consumer industries). In KSA, he was involved in a number of projects including Supply Chain Management, IT implementation, Product Development, Market Assessment.
Before this, Toshihide worked for Sony Supply Chain Solutions, Inc where was in charge of several SCM projects and worked in the corporate planning division.
Toshihide holds a BA degree in Development Studies, International and Area Studies from University of California, Berkeley.
