Teresa Tao is a Consultant in Odgers Berndtson's Shanghai office focusing on executive and board level searches in financial services. She specialises in assignments in investment banking, capital markets, alternative investments, real estates and private equity, and has successfully completed numerous searches across the Greater China region. She also undertakes work for Chinese State Owned Enterprises and large private-owned companies.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she worked for HSBC Group, focusing on Personal Financial Services and Wealth Management.
Teresa received her BA from the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing.
