Luke Williams is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s London office where he is the Head of the Financial Services practice and joined the firm in September 2011. The majority of his career has been within the professional services sector having started as a Strategy Consultant at Andersen Consulting focused on Financial Services clients and went on to join a technology and software start-up as Global COO.
Following this, Luke spent a number of years identifying and managing Accenture’s investments into new technology businesses and the firm's relationships with its largest business partners. Luke joined MCG Plc in 2006 and was responsible for acquiring and integrating a number of professional services firms and, from 2008, was the Managing Partner of Kurt Salmon and Ineum Consulting.
Luke has an MA from Oxford University.
