Jessica Volkwein is a manager in the Munich office of Odgers Berndtson where she is a member of the Automotive practice.
She has been in human resources consulting since 1996. Before joining Odgers Berndtson she worked for Amrop Delta Management Consultants for five years. She learned HR consulting from the ground up. For the past ten years she has been focusing on recruiting leading managers and top-level experts in the automotive and mechanical and electrical engineering industries.
Her personal focus is on confidential and successful collaboration with family businesses active internationally, whose values and organizational structures she is familiar with from her own experience. In selecting the best managers and leading executives she places special emphasis on the ”cultural fit”. What her clients value most highly is her ability to assess the classic competencies as well as the personality of a candidate.
Jessica Volkwein is married, has a daughter and lives in Munich.
