Jean-Charles Uyttenhove is a Partner in the Brussels office. He has 10 years of executive search experience, focusing primarily on the Industry Practice, Family Businesses, Board Services, and on Leadership and Talent Consulting.
Previously, he worked for the high-tech instrumentation company IRM Group, first as VP Business Development, based in Belgium, and later as CEO of IRMS Inc. based in the US (Columbus, Ohio). Before that, he was Managing Director of a Belgo-Nordic wooden floor contractor, and, earlier, Group Marketing Director of Koramic Group, which he joined following multiple roles with Baxter, both in Brussels and the Netherlands. He started his career in consulting, with AC Nielsen in Brussels and, later, McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam.
Jean Charles holds a university degree in Economics & Finance, a post graduate in Management from the Vlerick School in Ghent and an MBA from INSEAD.
