Gemma Ramírez is Associate Director of the Barcelona office and has managed numerous projects for leading companies in Catalonia and Spain and has worked extensively in Consumer Products and Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology and Industrial.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 1989, Gemma worked for the Regional Government of Catalonia in the Office of Sports & Recreation and later in the hotel chains Ramada Renaissance and Panorama International where she gained valuable experience.
Gemma holds a degree in Tourism Management from C.E.T.T. Barcelona and a degree in Personnel and Human Resources Management from Fundación EMI in Barcelona. Bilingual in Catalan and Spanish, she also speaks English and French.
