Daniel Rybak

Daniel Rybak is a Partner in the Moscow office of Odgers Benrdtson where he manages the Technology and Telecommunications practice and is responsible for business development. With broad industrial expertise in IT and Telecommunications, he works with major telecommunications companies, system integrators, private equity firms and international consultancies.

Participates in individual senior managers and senior team assessments. Is a certified expert in Senior Management assessment approach Human Asset Review® and LeaderFit®.  Is a certified expert in measuring psychological preferences through Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Prior to his executive search career he took part in setting up and managing a number of software companies in Russia and developing corporate information systems and e-commerce projects. He also held an investment counselor role at a major Russian systems integrator.

Daniel holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Radio Technology, Electronics and Automation, and a Law degree. He has also completed Sociology studies at EHESS in Paris and a series of executive development programs by IMD, INSEAD and Stanford GSB. He is a member of Russian Independent Directors Association.
